'Get Trimmer...' WEEK FOUR

Hi Ladies :)

Hope you enjoyed your weekend. I spent mine in bed from 3pm on Saturday trying to fight being ill. I can't say I was 100% successful but my body definitely needed all that rest (and more).

Enough about me... how (and what) did you eat this weekend?

For those ladies who sent in their measurements at the start of the challenge, can you take your current measurements and post in the comments section or email to me?

We have 4 weeks to go and the plan is to take things up a notch... everyone *has* has to exercise at least 2ce a week. And also share your food diary everyday... pretty please ;)

I was good this weekend! I discovered Ryvita and I've been hooked on it since Sunday. It's quite filling and kinda helps you stop snacking. I put a weeny lil nutella in mine (yummy).

Hope you feel much better?
I checked my weight and it seems I've lost 1kg. Amazing isn't it?

Hey Adura...
I hope you are feeling much better. Within this challenge, I have lost 2lbs and 1.5 inches from my waist; It is below my goal but it is something and I appreciate it! I really appreciate you doing this challenge and I have learnt soo much i.e Carb control. Now instead of eating 2 spoons of rice, I eat one but loaded with efo and fish/meat. My next challenge is to reduce my sweets i.e soda

Natural Nigerian: Thank you so much, I'm feeling a little better. I plan to have a lot of sleep tomorrow and Thursday (as I'm only busy early morning and evening).

oluwakemi: Try plain nut butters e.g. Almond, Cashew, etc. I buy mine from GNC but whole foods sell them too. Please remind me to send you a link to them.
That's great news... yay! are you exercising?

ITMOH: Thank you :) :) I'm going to try to get some more rest in the next couple of days.
Well done! Like you said something is nothing and a few more changes will make even more of a difference, you are SO on the right path :)

Ladies, we have four more weeks on this challenge and more dedication will be required. I know you're all up to the challenge :)

Keep it up!

my waist is 28". I will check my weight when I get back home this Saturday. This measurement is as of Sunday. My Mom asked for my measurements, so that's how I know this one lol.
