Hi Adura,

Fantastic blog! I've been following your blog on and off for a year now. I had a baby about 4 months ago and recently decided to live healthy and lose all those kilos I gained during pregnancy. I've been eating healthy and exercising for 3 weeks now but I still weigh 84 kg. I'm afraid there's something i'm not doing right. I have a small bowl of cereal/2 slices of wheat bread for breakfast, 2 moin moin/ bowl of salad with chicken for lunch and efo riro/stir fry noodles for dinner, I snack on nuts, corn, carrots and crackers (not everything in one day. I have rice weekends- a litle though. I work out at the gym for like hour monday - friday - 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the cross trainer, 5 minutes on the stepper, 50 dumb bell exercise for my sides and a total of 100 sit ups. I also visit the sauna for 30 minutes. What are your thoughts?

It's been 3 weeks... do all your clothes fit the same?

Snacking - How often do you snack?

Crackers - What crackers and how many of these are you having when you snack?

For all your meals do you mean for eg you eat cereal or bread?

Exercise - Instead of using the treadmill, xtrainer and stepper on the same day. Try the treadmill on one day, the xtrainer/stepper on another day. (I promise - I will post a blog tonight or tomorrow on ways to vary your cardio training).

Sauna - Great! Hope you take short breaks in those 30 minutes?

Hi Adura,

Thanks for the response. I must admit that my clothes fit better. They’re not as tight as they used to be.
To your questions -
I snack twice a day.
I have 2/3 slices of crackers, the one which says table water.
For my meals, I mean cereal or bread not both.
I stay in the sauna for 15 minutes and take 2 minutes break in the shower.
I hope to read your blog on varying cardio training.
