'Get Trimmer...' WEEK THREE

Hi!

How are you? How was your weekend? Did you indulge less than you did last week? I definitely did much better this week, not that this post is about me :)

I was asked to post an example 1-2  full day meal plan and I will later today when the Nutrition post is up. It will be a guideline, you don't have to eat what I've listed but I understand it'd be helpful to have it...

Next week will be the first measurement check in (for those of you who sent/posted your stats at the beginning of the challenge).

As was done last week, please post what you ate over the weekend - I'm sure you all ate a little better too :)

I totally understand that making changes to habits you've had for a long time is difficult but this quote (I heard from Keris of Fitter London) totally sums it up:

"Keep doing what you've always done and you'll get what you've always got "

Make small changes each week and it'll be much easier than you expect :)

I think overall I was good apart from the fact I had Chinese food on Saturday. I have even started having my 5 a day fruit portions (never really been a fruit person).

Thanks for this Adura, you don't know how much of a blessing you are.

I totally overindulged on Sunday, but I was very good on Saturday. I'm a fruits person so I tend to snack on fruits and also started drinking loads of water now..yayyy!! I've lost 1.5kg so far..I think that was why I went crazy on Sunday. Back on track now tho..

Thanks Adura for the recipe posts. Its really helping me.

Had two glasses of wine, ice cream and a piece of cake. I did worse than last week. Have no idea if I have lost any weight cos I don't have a scale at home but I will buy one next week, I guess. I still have not been good in the exercis arena but hopefully, it will kick off this week.

@Waffy I personally think it's a good sign when you can account for *all* your treats.. honestly. Let me know what you'd like to see in the Fitness section.

@missndibe Once my friend introduced me to dark (72% and up) chocolate, I've not gone back... it's less sugar, less additives :)
