I'm so sorry I did a rush job of this e...Hi :)<br /><br />I'm so sorry I did a rush job of this earlier today as I was trying to get a few posts done.<br /><br />I actually asked the same thing when I had been eating the bar for a few months. Approximately 10% of the bar is cane sugar and another 10% is honey. <br /><br />The best way to avoid a sugar rush if you feel the sugar might be too much for you is to have half the bar earlier in the day and the other half later....
